Moderator Applications: What we look for

What are we looking for? We are looking for fair, calm moderators to grow the Arkhon Online community with us. Moderators keep order on the forum and in the game, guide new players and connect the team with the players. What we look for At least 18 years old. Regularly active on the forum and in the game (several days a week). Knows the forum rules well and sets an example; no history of warnings or bans. Calm, respectful and impartial: the same rules for friends and strangers. Writes Turkish well; English is a plus. Knows the game and its systems and helps new players patiently. Keeps things private: does not share team discussions or player information. A moderator's duties Edit, move or remove posts that break the rules. Sort bug reports and ideas and pass them to the team. Help the team with events and announcements. Answer players' questions and calm heated discussions. How to apply Open a new thread with your username as the subject. In your post tell us: Your age and the hours you are usually active. Your character in the game (race, class, level) and your clan. Any earlier moderating or community management experience: where and for how long. Why you want to join the team and what you can bring to the community. How you would handle a player who breaks the rules, with a short example. Only you and the team can see your application. Applications are reviewed in order; suitable candidates are contacted by private message. Joining the team is not paid with money or in-game rewards.
